Communication difficulties are referred to as language disorders. Three different categories of language impairments exist:

Expressive language disorder is characterised by difficulty communicating with others or by being unable to hold a conversation. "I want to play computer," for instance.

Receptive language dysfunction is the inability to comprehend what others are saying. The child can not comprehend what their parents or teachers are asking them to accomplish, thus. For illustration:

Q: What's your age?

A: Fine.

The inability to articulate ideas, feelings, and emotions while also understanding what is being said is known as a mixed receptive-expressive language problem.

For instance:

Blank expression: The child is not responding because they do not comprehend.

You must be aware that language issues can either be acquired or developmental. Aphasia is an example of an acquired language impairment that doesn't manifest until after a person has had a brain sickness (such as a stroke) or traumatic head injury. Aphasia is a difficulty in communicating and understanding brought on by a stroke or brain damage. Yet, children frequently display and experience linguistic difficulties. A lack of intelligence does not cause the delay or issue; rather, the brain's development is immature. For speech therapy in Australia contact Tomatis®.
